So I've officially run out of time and resources with which to visit Connecticut College and decipher why it is unique, leaving me at a general loss with my "Why Connecticut College?" short response. It's pretty easy to throw facts from the website into the response, sure, but it's pretty high up on my list and I'd love to know what sets it apart. Something quirky, funny, anything I can't find on the website. Can any students, past or present, help me out?
Much appreciated :)

I was going to give a suggestion, but congrats on Cornell.

Not even applying to Cornell haha
But if I had gotten in/applied, I would thank you.

My bad, lol.

I can’t give you the perspective of a student or alum, but here’s something you can try (it works for me). You probably want to brainstorm what you like about Conn, and seeing if you can find things that you can make into a short answer. If you can get an interview before the application deadline, you probably could find out more, less generic aspects of Conn from your interviewer.

Thank you!

I wrote about their Honor Code, which most colleges don’t have. Say how you appreciate their morals and how that effected your decision to apply :)

DO NOT GO HERE!!! this is hell in CT. i am transfering out asap.

if you aren’t a rich alcoholic then you won’t be happy here.

let me know if you have any more questions.

Quit ■■■■■■■■. You have posted on every Conn College thread, and its pretty immature. Just because you find some aspects of Conn College extremely unappealing should be a reason to Completely discredit the school. Besides, you don’t even address the academics of the school, which is why you go to College in the first place.
