Why did I even bother to check my score

Can totally relate
Firs time 2040, second time 2040, superscore 2070 was hoping for a 2100 at least…oh well. I’m gonna make a battle plan and get it come 2nd semester.

Can someone tell me how good Sparknotes tests are for preparation? I got slightly similar scores in SAT CR and Math to those in the Prep. tests.

CR: Sparknotes 580, 640 SAT 670
M: Sparknotes 700, 800 SAT 770
W: Sparknotes 720, 760 SAT 520

Instead of having that low grade for writing, I’d prefer getting a 650 on each. iSeeWhiteOut said he envies my type of scores rather than 650 throughout, and I hope the admission offices think that way, but I highly doubt it. So was I putting my expectations too high when I hoped for a 2100+?

Wow, in like three years SAT scores won’t matter. You probably won’t even remember what you scored.
Honestly, I got a 2010 and it was the happiest day of my life. I feel like you get what you put in, or at least I did, and it’s not even like it will shape the rest of your life.

Don’t be depressed, there’s a lot more to live for that scoring high on a silly test. Trust me. Don’t worry, be happy.

Don’t worry too much about your score. You can still improve. For the others who are angry at the OP, don’t be so outraged at him/her. The OP just wanted some consolation.

%&^$ happens bro. Don’t let it take you down, know that everything is in your hands, that you control your own destiny and brush it off.
