Why do they do it this way?

<p>We've been trying to update the CSS since 9:30 this morning and we haven't been able to because we are timed out every time we try to complete a new section. We haven't left it alone for more than a minute or so. We've been trying to complete it all in one sitting.</p>

<p>I don't understand why it keeps timing us out. This is ridiculous, we could have had this done five or six hours ago...</p>

<p>This isn’t usual, I’d guess they’re having problems with the Profile site for some reason.</p>

<p>What are you trying to “update” on the Profile? Are you trying to add more colleges to submit to? If you are trying to CHANGE information on a submitted Profile, you cannot do so online.</p>

<p>I’m adding colleges and updating the info for those colleges I am adding. We got it submitted though, just that it took forever.</p>
