<p>What is it that makes you want to go to Vassar? Why does it stand out from other colleges you researched or are applying to? What initially drew you to it, and, if you go there, what ultimately led you to choose Vassar over other schools you were accepted to?</p>
<p>Basically, what makes it so special?</p>
<p>I'm a junior and I will apply to Vassar. I was drawn to the school b/c of the loaction. It's in a small city, but not to far from New York. I also like the close knit feel Vassar gives off. I know that if I go there I won't just be a number.</p>
<p>yeah that was one of my reasons too. I also really liked that as i did my research there was a general consensus that all the teachers were excellent, (or at least the large majority) and that they were genuinely concerned with their students. I love the fact that there is sooo much to do on campus -- plus the campus itself is fan-freaking-beautiful -- and that I will get a chance to take some really randomly cool classes.(Thanks to the fact that theres no core curriculum.) Also! I love the idea of fieldwork and sort of “trying out” a career option. I think it’s a great way to ease into the real world of work, lol.
Idk what else to say but im definitely in love with Vassar, theres just a vibe of awesome-ness I didn’t find anywhere else, lol.</p>
