Why do you think you haven't been accepted yet?

This the thread in which you can write the reasons you think you haven't been accepted yet.
I truly think that:
1)My ACT score (28) is what is hurting me
2)Also, maybe bc I sent my midyear report on 3/5

Because I had a later status update than my other friends who got in already.

I think my SAT (1950) and GPA (3.65). They are in the mid 50% but they aren’t what USC would take immediately if they looked at my app. I have hope that the next two weeks will bring us all good luck.

I’m in next week’s wave…I think…and so are you nagooya :)

I truly, truly hope so.

Do you have a facebook? Haha, I hope that doesn’t sound creepy…

nagooya, shaneusc- what does your status say?

Status last updated: 01/05/2009

I’ve submitted my mid-year grades. I did it a few weeks ago, maybe a month or two… But it hasn’t changed. Does anyone know why?

i submitted them on 3/5 and my status changed on 3/6 acknowledging they got them. i truly don’t think one’s status means a lot.
did they request for your midyear report?

I got a letter saying I didn’t get a scholarship, but I should submit my midyear grades. I went online and did so. I never got an update…

yeah when i submitted mine i didnt get an update but they emailed me and said they would add it tomy file

Really? I got nothing from them! Maybe I should call them tomorrow… :D

I didn’t receive anything either. but if you log on to https://afa.usc.edu/AFA/login.jsf</a> and look under document library, your midyear report will probably be there. If they needed something from you, they would’ve told you.

Thanks for the help!

Where’s the document library?

uhh well once you’ve logged in, go to "“my admissions checklist,” then click “Browse available forms in our document library.”

Ooh. It’s there, thanks! But it shows up twice… That’s odd. Hahaha.

Mine did too… don’t worry about it

Hahaha okay. Thanks for your help though!!

you are very welcome

Are you from California?
