Also is it true if I sent my SAT scores in today, I should be okay for Early Action Deadline in Engineering. My counselor sai it would be fine.
I am not sure if you are fine for the Early Action Deadline.
I requested my SAT scores to be sent over a week ago, and TAMU still has not received them (I have already been admitted due to my ACT scores though).
Usually, it takes about 1-2 weeks for colleges to receive scores.
You only have 11 days, which is cutting it a bit close.
Unless your school counselor knows the exact schedule on which TAMU receives scores, I would be doubtful. No offense, but your counselor most likely said “It’s fine” because they couldn’t have said anything else.
