Why does Dean Furda specifically review UK applicants?

Why are other admissions officers assigned to different parts of the country (and world) but only Dean Furda reviews UK applicants? Is there some sort of advantage applying as a UK citizen instead of another international citizenship?

I’m guessing it has to do with where the admissions officer visits and the number of applicants from the different countries. I can’t imagine there is any particular advantage to applying as a citizen of the UK versus another European country.
