i submitted everything already, asked my teacher for recs (they are doing it by paper) but on the commonapp it says that the school forms for brown are “not all submitted”. is this something i should be concerned about? thanks.

i think it takes awhile for them to process everything -i wouldn't worry

i asked someone who knew the answer. You dont need to worry cuz your teachers submitted those recs on paper right?

Same thing happened to me. My teachers and counselor submitted it online though. Obviously the second and final report is not submitted yet. Is that why it says "Not All Submitted"?

When you submit the forms by mail, you send them to the schools themselves, right? You don't send them to the Common App people. It would be a waste of valuable time for the schools to notify the Common App people that they received the forms. So it will just display as "Not All Submitted" the whole time; you don't have to worry.

Most schools will provide an online system for checking with them directly (not through Common App) whether you have your forms in or not. And if they don't, you can call them and ask.
