Why does my font appear small

<p>Not college related but can anyone help fix this. Once in a while, my font on this website will appear incredibly small. Anyone know what's wrong?</p>

<p>CTRL + (Scroll up on mouse)</p>

<p>Easy Fix just hit Alt + F4</p>
