Why does Princeton generate so much enthusiasm?

Yes I do heart my ED people.
<3 ice cream cones everyone <3 (or ooh perhaps snowcones bc it's snowing so much right now...if it can rain cats and dogs, can it snow tigers? lol that seems appropriate)

Oooh, wouldn't they be those White Siberian tiger like things (if I have the nationality right)? 'cause that, mi amiga, would make my day...no, no no. my LIFE. 'cause I love me some white Siberian tigers. with white gravy and mashed potahtahs...

i joooos keeeeding!

And you would be the type of person to play and dance with a siberian tiger if it landed on your head.

Hahahaha. Good call. You know I would ;)

Alumni Giving as a Measure of College Satisfaction and Enthusiasm

Rate of giving says much of school satisfaction and enthusiasm. Those items may be of particular concern to high school seniors and parents interested in those qualities. Do you agree?

University Alumni Giving Rate (ranking by US News)

Princeton (61%)

Notre Dame (48%)

Harvard (48%)

Darthmouth (47%)

Duke (46%)

Yale (45%)

Lehigh (40%)

UPenn (39%)

Brown (38%)

WashU STL (37%)

Heard Cornell's pretty big on school spirit too... and that's an understatement.

I think alumni giving is just fascinating. How does a school like Lehigh get so high up there? Do WUSTL alumni truly enjoy their experience that much? I'm not saying there is anything wrong with these schools, it's just you don't hear about them nearly as much as thse HYP crowd.

I bet WUSTL gets it just by soliciting a lot. Like those weekly postcard things. I bet they bother their alums like no other.
