why doesnt anyone talk about sat math I ?

Ive noticed that everyone talks bout math II and other stuff, I know that most ivy and ivy-compareable schools want math II and chem and all that but why doesnt anyone talk math I just for an easy SAT II filler?

I thought it was pretty easy, and i am still going to be taking the SAT IIs this fall.

I just had an open slot avaliable in May so i figured I might as well use it my advantage.

why doesnt u guys take math I? its so easy. Jinx, (knock on wood)

it's easy but has a harsh curve. that's why most people take math iic

Well, the difference between the tests is so little, so those who are qualified to take math I can usually take math II, and math II's curve is SO much nicer.

ahhh harsh curve? i hope its not took harsh, on the practice tests, i got high 750s on the Mcgraw hill, low 700s on the Barrons ones and bout 750s on the PR ones

Overal, I felt confident about the test, Im sure I missed one problem i can think of, the rest so far i think are right hopefully

Some universities require you to take the SAT II, like the UCs. Also, I think it just looks better overall to have a high score in Math 2 than in Math 1.

what bout both?? lol, Im a math sciencey guy so I think I can do good on the Math 2 if i put my mind to it.

most colleges only want one math...so if you really think you are a math sciencey guy then you should take Math 2

I think a lot of schools require Math II and don't even accept Math I.
