<p>I figured that at the end of this year when I apply for colleges I would apply to Ithaca E.D., but apparently they don't have this program. I think that will hurt my chances there, ahh.

<p>It depends; if your stats are above their range, yes, you do have a better chance of hearing early......If not, you could still be waiting to hear now, even though you would have applied in October....</p>
