Why don't UC's/CSU's offer Early Admission?

<p>UCLA doesn't have spring admits, so that's not why they are crowded.</p>

<p>Though the UCs don't have waitlists they do allow appeals. They might be granting more appeals when a lower number than expected chose to attend.</p>
