<p>I was under the impression that there were quite a few CSUs with rolling admissions. Also, some students at were notified in the fall that if they wanted to go to <insert lower="" level="" uc="" here=""> they were guaranteed admission. One, a National Merit Semifinalist, was guaranteed UC Riverside. Another young lady, and I'm not sure of her stats, was guaranteed UCSB. I was under the impression those were super safeties for them.</insert></p>
