<p>I applied as a Spring 2012 Transfer to Madison. I applied the first day possible. Admissions are rolling, first come first serve. They announce decisions October 1-31, I have still not gotten mine. They said they have everything necessary to review my app. Would this mean they didn't make an immediate accept/decline on me and want to wait till the rest of the apps are reviewed till they come back, or are they just lying about first come first serve? Thanks!</p>
<p>Is it Oct 31st yet? Patience is required. Your actual notification could also take longer, especially if they get behind.</p>
<p>Lying?? Such a nasty word. Maybe they are busy with other things but you should hear by the deadline. And rolling does not mean first come first admitted. You might just be placed in a “hold” pile pending seeing other apps.</p>
