<p>I sent my transcript back on June 11 and I got a confirmation from Parchment that my transcript was sent out. But the portal or SISWEB shows that it has not been received. It has been nearly a month. Is anyone else having this problem? Why is this and what should I do?</p>
<p>Call admissions on Monday. They may have received the transcript but may have not uploaded it to SISWEB. I would also follow up with an email. Have you attended orientation? If not, I would also get a sealed copy of your transcript and take it with you as extra insurance. I made my son do this just in case there was a problem.</p>

<p>I remember a couple years ago when I had to send mine in, it took around 6 weeks after sending for it to come up as received. It turned out they had gotten it and just hadn’t updated my information. I wouldn’t worry, but play it safe regardless.</p>
