Why hasn't CSU Mentor received my ACT scores?

So when I took the ACT this last June I listed CSULB to receive my scores and I just recently applied. I keep checking CSU Mentor ACT Scores Manager and it says there is no scores available. I entered all my information correctly. What can I do? Will I have to pay for my score to be released again or does it take weeks for CSULB to match up my score with my application?

I would call them and ask it was received. Perhaps it is nit showing in the system.
