I hope this is not a dumb question: How does the collegeboard connect my son’s PSAT test to his collegeboard account??? When he registered for the PSAT, he did NOT do it through his collegeboard account. So how could his score be coming out on the collegeboard account??? The only reason he has a collegeboard account is because he took a sat subject test last June. (He is currently a sophomore)
An access code will come to the email he gave on the day of the test. I was told today by CB you can log into any CB account and use this code to get scores.
Perhaps they use name, date of birth, address to search and match someone with account?
If there is an account attached to the email given on the day of the test, then you can log into the account. Otherwise, you need the access code sent to the email given on the day of the test, and can then use **any/b account to access scores. If by some chance the email provided on the day of the test was incorrect or bogus, then you have to wait for the paper report to come to your school to get the access code (although your scores will also be on the report).
Really? Did you get the scores/ code today? I checked my email (the one I provided when taking the PSAT) and the code was not there. Then, I logged into my college board account (under the same email) and only 2014’s PSAT scores showed up. Weird. Could you tell me how you accessed your scores?
Scores don’t come out until January 7. There was a glitch for a short period of time today where some people could see their scores, but most people haven’t seen them yet. Apparently CB will email an access code.
