<p>Your point being? Even if some people do look at the world through such a distorted lens, it’s their loss, and all of the evidence points to the fact that what is much more important in life is your work ethic and your ability to take advantage of the opportunities made available to you.</p>
<p>Don’t be so naive. No employer or graduate school is going to turn you down strictly because you attended UNC, Michigan, or UCSD as opposed to Yale.</p>
