<p>^Did you get a confirmation email from the Common APP after you submitted your application? I got one for submitting the common app section, and one for submitting the supplement. 2 days later, I got my penn portal login + password (Login email comes first, then about half an hour later or so, the password was sent).</p>

<p>I submitted my app about a month ago and got my Penn account after 3 weeks. If you don’t hear anything from them by the end of the next week, you should call or email them.</p>
<p>There is nothing wrong with calling them now. You need the ID to file the Financial Aid supplement before Nov 15 deadline. That is, if you need FA.</p>
