Why in the world is the dean's list at Berkeley cut-off at 4.0??

<p>took 4 upper division and 1 grad major classes last fall and 3 upper division and 2 grad major classes last spring and got 4.0 for these 2 semesters. berkeley gpa is a joke to me.</p>
