Why is Duke such an exceptional feeder into the top B-schools?

According to data collected by this website, Duke places extraordinarily well at elite B-schools. The only non-HYPSM school that rivals it is Penn (whose success can be attributed to Wharton). Is this because the student body tends to be pre-professional? Or is there another factor in play?
