Why is Form B available?

<p>I was looking at AP Central and the Free Response Questions for the tests already administered are posted, as are the Form B questions. Isn't Form B supposed to be used for makeups (next week)?</p>

<p>Form B is different from the makeups. Form B is for internationals (thereby promoting exam security when people are in very different time zones).</p>
