For transfer, most of schools i've found so far have deadline around March. Only Grinnell is due 1/20 and this makes me so hard. (but Grinnell is my dream right now)

i don't have good gpa but am able to increase it by 3.5 at the end of sophomore year. but by the time i apply Grinnell, my GPA would still be something around 3.4. or 3.3.

with this gpa, i don't think i can make it there... i'm even asking for international fincial aid.

anyway, so, what i'm asking is that whether Grinnell take a look at my second semeter GPA as well, or not.
Or, is there any kind of conditional acceptance at Grinnell? like, if you keep up on 3.6, you will be accepted.. something like that.

Wait, I just read that you're an international student, so it's Jan. 20 for you. I'm sorry, but I do think they consider the grades of your current courses, so you'll still have a chance to show improvement.

I realize you're not a native speaker, so this is just a comment: Do not say "This makes me so hard" when talking about the difficulty of applications. Do not. It means something completely different. It conjures up a different image, and one that, I think, you'd prefer to avoid in this context.

i got what you mean. thanks for correcting me. as an international student who arrived here about a year and half ago, i stll have too many things to know and people like you help me a lot. really, thanks.
