I would probably trust the UC planner, and you should also check assist!! I had the same problem where assist and the UC app said a class was transferable but my professor told me it wasn’t, and assist/UC turned out being right. My professor said “assist is never wrong”. I’m not sure how accurate that information is but it was right in my case.
