This is for current and former RPI students.
What made you choose RPI and what are some of your favorite things about the school?
Did RPI help prepare you to get a job right out of school?

Thanks.

RPI is close to my home (30-45 min) and also it's a beautifull campus. Every time i head towards troy the view from 7a or 7e (don't know the exact name of the road) is amazing, it gorgeous. Also It gives a lot of opportunities. My friend just ended her freshman year and already she was able to get an internship with a local construction company (she's a civil engineer). She says it pays well. Also, they are ranked 42 in best national university by us news. I also love the amount of freedom we have, switching from major (or adding in my case), amount of clubs and teams on campus. Also, rpi gives at least 10 min to go from class to class which is plenty of time. I know some universities might end at like 11am and have a class start at 11 that someone has to take. All of our classes end at either at the 50, 20 or 30 min past the hour and usually start on the hour. campus is big, but not so big where classes are more than 10 min away.
