Why the change in admission decisions?

My status also changed today. Got into the honors program.

I got accepted today! It was a total suprise, I got an email two days ago saying that I would be notified in 4 weeks, and then today when I got home my letter was in the mail! I am a CT res.

i havent received an email yet about that, my status just says when it was completed on nov. 1
what would my status be changed to if i would be receiving a decision soon?

My D hasn’t received an email or anything regular mail but yesterday afternoon her status changed to that “application is complete check by in 4 weeks” which has happened to other people before they have been accepted or denied etc. Going to be a long day waiting to see if it has been updated since Uconn’s system is supposed to be down until 230pm or so…ugh!

Did they tell you on the website if you got into the Honors Program?

It seems that this am the website is down for maintenance. It says until at least 2pm today.

Yeah! the system is up! D’s status changed to admit – honors college! yeah! good luck everyone!

I just tried to get onto site and it is still unavailble to me. Was hoping to have good news for daughter when she gets home to work. I guess patience is key here.

Good luck!

the website is still down for me… is this because theyre updating decisions!!! i hope…

Yes, if you have been admitted into the honors program, it will say so on the online admissions decision

SOOO frustrating. DD is waiting…and waiting…and waiting. Meanwhile, there are some who completed applications well after she did who already have their admission decision. C’mon, UCONN—give decisions first to those who apply first

Seriously.

mine was complete on oct 19th and still hasn’t changed!

They are notifying those who have been accepted in the Honors program first. Then they will start releasing other decisions.

^^^ Not so. Daughter’s friend was not invited to the Honors Program, but she did receive her acceptance. I believe there have been posters on other threads also who have been admitted to the university, but not invited to the honors program

Yeah I was not accepted into honors

still nothing
