Humans cannot understand the purpose of life just as dogs cannot understand how a computer works. Our brain capacity is simply not large enough.

Thinking about the pointlessness of life is one of the most useless things you can do.

But anyway, your main purpose is to advance the species and procreate.

So, the purpose of every human being is to advance the species?
That's what I'm warning you guys about when I say not to live your life for anyone but yourself, especially not for 'the human race.'

Darwin says: make more babies.

Newton says: push people off buildings.

Marx says: Proletariat, rebel now!

I used to think about this in middle school. Those were probably the worst years of my life. I stopped thinking about it a while ago, and my life became much better.

that said, in my mind, creating a legacy and being remembered for something is what I believe life is all about.

make more babies (but don't be creepy like the Duggars!)

Faraday says: freeze yourself.

Braveheart says: Freedom!

MC Hammer says:

^can't touch me! lol

I think that the point is just to be as happy as possible.

and to better the race. morally and materially.
i gues it dpends on your theist/atheist/philosophical views

Buddha: Gain Enlightenment. Multiple lives may be required.

i love how going to ivies and becoming rich are synonymous. lol.

and sex... definitely the only reason for living, right
