why the particular demand for BME?

i dont know really much about it, but there seems to be an unusual attraction to BME at JHU.. what's the appeal of BME?

i think jhu is the #1 ranked school for bme

the courses u take are pretty interesting.
check out the thread called "BME curriculum" its either page 3 or 4
there's a link there regarding classes u could take

jhu is prob #1 bme school and great courses...but beware, it's hard stuff.

From what I heard, I don't recomend it for pre-med (harder courses, lower GPA), but still, it would probably prepare you well.

It's not so much an attraction to BME at JHU, but more like an attraction of potential BME majors to Hopkins because of the ranking of the program. If you visit campus, you'll find that there is an equal "attraction" to some of Hopkins's other majors including IR, Public Health, Writing Sems etc.
