why uci?

seriously?

the only reason i can think of is that its close to home...

It really depends on your major and situation but...

for me:

Scholarship & CHP

Close to home

Planning to go to medical school so I reckon doing very well here is like doing slightly worse at say, UCLA or UCB. It's just undergrad; it's about how well you do not where you go.

I'd be king of the castle at Irvine.

I am a freshman living on campus and I am glad I chose UCI over LA and Berkeley.

Area..peaceful and safe

My Top Twelve Reasons:

1) Because it's what I can get into.

2) Asian girls.

3) Why NOT?

4) Location location location.

5) Because it's not Merced.

6) Asian girls.

7) I didn't study for my SAT's.

8) Because it's not Riverside.

9) Have you seen their mascot? It's a friggen anteater!

10) My school didn't offer enough AP classes.

11) Asian girls.

12) I would still choose UCI over LA, Cal, or SD even on the off chance I'm accepted in those places, because I feel like UCI was meant for me. My mind was made up the moment I set foot on the campus.

oh, and I think you forgot to mention Asian girls ^ lol

lol I love the answers everyone.

UCI FTW!!! WOOOOOOT!!! <3

^^
Hey man, Asian girls rock my socks off.

But seriously, UCI is awesome.

Asian girls are the devil.
