why would someone NOT choose UCLA co-op living?

anybody have any ideas?

haha I don't know maybe they don't like people? The co-ops seem alright for me....cheap a BIG plus...walking distance to UCLA....19 meals/week....been around since 1935 I think....Jim Morrison lived there

lots of people live in the co-ops around 400 I think in 3 different buildings...it seems to be comprised of undergraduates, international students and grad students...the co-ops at Berkeley are even more popular. It seems to me that the UCLA co-ops are not that well advertised....

It looks gross and it is really dirty. Plus, the food looks disgusting. I suppose that because students do the cleaning and cooking that is why everything is so low quality. I don't know anyone who would even consider living there. Besides, walking distance means several blocks uphill. If you want to live in North Westwood Village, that is not a good option. Live there at your own risk.

haha Im living there...but only for a roof under my head...it's damn cheap
