why should there be ‘shame’ in living with your family? something is very wrong with this sort of prejudice; they are the ones you love, love you, and have the best intentions for you. pay your share. do your share of housework, look after your aging parents; run errands for them , learn life skills you did not have time to learn during busy college and highschool times. provide them security against break-ins. reap economies …good parents will never let you become a leech or a wus…be responible and make it a win-win…only in america are social constructs so screwed up that society is trying to teach our kid to be ‘ashamed’ of their best friends…really how much more misguided can we get?..wake up and rebel against this silliness…i think that the homebuilders and realtors may have this conspiracy going on. unbelievable that we allow these lies…shame on those who propogate it…ironic that there is no shame in having casual hook-ups with live-in boy/girl friends, but there is shame in sharing your money and skills resources in a clean way with your parents who are biologically incapable of harming you psychologically or otherwise…this unchecked group hysteria is unbelievable
