Wife got her Bachelor's in China, is it equivalent to a US degree?

She went to China Women's University, got a degree in Pre-School Education.

Anyways, were moving back to the US soon so I can go to school.
She wants to be a kindergarten teacher, do they hold a chinese degree to the same standard as a US one?
I'd assume she'd have to take come small classes to 'even it out' maby get a teaching certificate in the US.

Also, she wants to get her master degree, can she just 'go' to a college, or would she have to complete some pre req's that she couldn't have done in China?

She will be here on a green card so that's no issue.

My wife got a BS degree in civil engineering from China, she got accepted into Cornell and Stanford. Your wife won’t have problem with her degree when applying to Master degree program in US as long as she scores well in TOFEL, GRE etc. She may need to go ESl for a semester or two though if her TOFEL is low.
