I am very excited that our child has gotten into his dream school. I applied for leave but was denied and won’t be able to go help him set up his dorm room .Do the parent events start Friday morning or Saturday morning? I am hoping he can go Friday morning himself and attend his events, i join him on Saturday and help him move in Saturday? Is it possible or , as i understand, schedule is so tight that he will have events all day long … so confused and disappointed that i couldn’t get Thursday and Friday off!! When should i send him to Chicago?
Congratulations on your child’s admission! I have been through this a couple of times - and the #1 thing to remember is to RELAX.
