Will 3 C's kill me??

I was accepted to JHU regular decision in the Engineering School. My cumulative before this year 3.79, and with the mid year it was 3.84, but my final transcript grades are killing me. I thought I could scrap by on 2 C's, but one of my teachers is being really difficult and now I have 3. The thing is, I'm also in Peabody under the double degree program and I've taken 2 music periods for the past 2 years, and music isn't considered a "core" class (I don't think). So the A's I got in those classes won't really count and I'm taking an Independent Study in Math studying Diff Eq and Linear Algebra, and I don't know if that counts as a "core class" either. In my 4 other classes I have 3 C's and 1 B.

AP Spanish Language - C
AP Physics C Mechanics - B
AP English Literature - C
Honors Modern World - C

Independent Study - A
Men's Chorus - A
Honors Chambers Chorus - A

The thing is, the reason those grades is dropped is because my parents have been fighting at home and it's been tough to concentrate these days. The thing is I haven't told anyone because it's really uncomfortable (it's even hard to post this anonymously) and I don't know if JHU will just take my word for it...Also I took Physics without taking Honors and the course got a lot harder than I expected it to.
If I get rescinded, I don't know what I'll do, with grades like these, I don't think I can reapply and get in again. I really don't want to be rescinded, do you guys think this is a big deal?

At least it’s not a C. You should probably call the college and ask whether or not your admission will be rescinded though.
