but will look at all your grades for the a-g courses including an upward trend. All the Cal states use the eligibility index for acceptance (except SLO) do the higher the better for GPA and SAT. After your Junior year, calculate your eligibilty index<br>
(CSU GPA x 800) + (SAT math + Critical reading). Depending your intended major, a EI of 4000 is good. </p>
