Will a bachelor's in "computer science and engineering" hurt my chances of getting accepted to a CS?

Unfortunately i couldn’t fit the whole title in the title box. The title of this thread should be
“Will a bachelor’s in “computer science and engineering” hurt my chances of getting accepted to a CS MS program?”

I’m a student from Europe and i would like to go to an American school for my MS degree. In my country we dont really have pure CS undergraduate programs. We have the 3+2 Bologna system so during your 3 years of undergraduate education you do both computer science and computer engineering stuff and then you decide if you wanna pursue a master’s in computer science or computer engineering the 2 last years.

Therefore my bachelor will be translated to: “Degree of Bachelor of Science with a major in Computer Science and Engineering”. Will this hurt my chances of getting accepted to a MS program in the US?

No, it won’t. Your knowledge of relevant topics and your research experience are what matter, not the name of the degree.
