I'm a junior, and I consider myself a fairly strong student. I've got 4 APs this year, A's in all of them. I got a 223 on the PSAT and a 34 on the ACT. In my sophomore year I took the Math I Subject Test and got a 700, which I wasn't too worried about, since it was my sophomore year. But this year I took the Math II and I pretty much screwed up... I got a 620 on it. I'm planning on retaking it in June, but I know that colleges see all the SAT scores. I really want to get into Ivy League universities. Will this score really hurt my chances for getting into those universities, even if I get a good score when I retake it?

That score will not hurt your chances. Maybe if it was on the SAT Reasoning Test it might hurt you but that test score isn’t even as bad as it could have been. If you take it again and improve, it will just show that the first test was either a fluke or you studied really hard for the second test and did much better. And the colleges don’t necessarily see all of your scores; for some of them, you can choose which ones to send, so long as you are still fulfilling the requirements of the application.
