Will a D get my rescinded (transfer student)

I know I posted here before, but I am very concerned. I can't raise my grade and I am stuck with a D. My other grades are A, B, and B. Think I'll get rescinded with my D?

The general rule is 3.0 + no D's or F's. Since you have a D and your final semester GPA will be sub 3.0, you are at risk for being rescinded. I don't know if the same rule applies to transfer students though.

For the class you're getting a D in, have you already taken the final? If not, just try to do really, really well on the final. =</p>

is the 3.0 gpa--the UM gpa (just core classes), unweighted or the high school's gpa where ap classes are given extra points? What happens if you have all B's in core AP classes but get 1 C?

It's impossible to say what will happen but any sub-3.0 GPA will put you in danger of being rescinded, especially assuming you were accepted with a 3.8+.

i'm curious, how do people get rescinded? I mean i don't ever remember sending in a final transcript to the admissions office. If you got in already as a tranfer, the next thing is sending in your final college transcript to get credits, and i don't think that has anything to do with admissions.

i had a 3.41 when i was accepted
it says on the acceptance letter than any significant drop in grades can lead to your admission being revoked

I went from a 3.33 to a 3.2 GPA (since when does 90% = B??? it was BS but I don't care). Am I at risk of getting rescinded? I'm a transfer student as well.

okay when they say a drop in grades, do they mean from first semester to second semester of senior year, or end of junior year to second semester of senior year? because my coarse load this year is waaay tougher and thats why I have a (slightly) lower GPA my senior year

If you have a decent explanation I bet you'll be fine.

yea but do they look for a drop in first to second semester of senior year or from junior to senior year?
