I'm applying early decision Wharton but my AP Econ grade is my only current concern right now. I have a 3.8 GPA. I have down the extracurriculars because I'm doing an internship at a prominent business law firm this summer and I also have lots of leadership positions. I have taken 5 AP classes this year and one last year. I feel confident about my AP exam score but will the fact that I have a low B hurt my chances for Wharton.

Also I will be taking Calculus 2 and 3 next year with a dual enrollment at Georgia Tech.

It’s not going to help you. Holism is key.

its nto going to help, thats for sure. but pennmanship is right, holism is key in evaluating apps. ive had 4-5 Bs on my transcript. but if you are worried that penn will say: “look at this idiot, he can’t even pass a high school business class. how the hell is he going to do well at wharton.” no, they dont work that way. it being on your schedule just shows your commitment in the (booty) bidness field:)
