Im a good student, have plenty of extra curricular support, and a 2000 PSAT score as a sophomore, how much of an effect does this internship have?

You should be aware that you are going to college. Business school is for college graduates. So, colleges look for academic achievement across all your core classes and your test scores more than anything else. Your letters of recommendation also are impactful. As are your essays. Then there is what you do with your times outside of school. In that context, and internship is a very good activity that will allow you to learn and explore an area that is interesting to you, and to show that you have drive to look for things that will help you learn more about what you are interested in. Such activity will support your application for the school of business or related major when applying.
