<p>My high school only allows us to take six classes (seven if you are willing to take a zero-period class in the morning). Since I decided to play a sport, which takes up a period, be in the school orchestra and take a foreign language, I was forced to take my history classes outside of school. I took World History A/B and US History A/B through National University High School whose a-g courses are accredited by the UCs. However, taking these classes through NUVHS was a risk because my grades only show up as a pass/fail on my official transcript even though I got an A in both classes. Will this hurt my chances of getting into a UC? (or any college for that matter)</p>
