Will accepting admission to UW Bothell affect my application to UW Seattle?

So I was just accepted into the UW Bothell CSSE program that will start in the spring. I also applied to the UW Seattle CSE program that will start in the Fall. My question is if I enroll into the UW Bothell program will it affect my admission into the UW Seattle program?
