Will ACT score hurt chances?

I'm not too happy with my ACT score (29: English-33 math-29 reading-25 science-28) so I was wondering what I should do with it. Send it? Or is it so bad that it would hurt my chances?
The schools I'm looking at as my top choices are ND, Northwestern, Kenyon, Carleton, University of Rochester, and WashU.
The rest of my info is below. What do you think? Will a 29 kill me?

I am currently a junior at a public school in the bay area (CA). Female. White. Middle class.
3.97 UW
4.23 W (for now)
We don't rank but I'm definitely in the top 1-2%
SAT: 2050 (CR-730 M-650 W-670) taking it one more time, aiming to break 2100.

(sorry for the length)

Please? I really need a third party opinion on this

It looks like you SAT is better than your ACT, especially if you can get into the 2100s. I’d say just send the SAT and not the ACT. But honestly, you’ll probably be fine either way- most colleges only look at your highest scores.

Thanks for the advice
So given both of my test scores, what do you think my chances are for my top choices?

Looking at just your scores, I’d say the only reach might be WUSTL and Northwestern. But taking your entire app into consideration (great courses and ECs) I think you will most likely get into all of those schools.

don’t send the ACT. your SAT is much better and it won’t hurt you at all if you only send the SAT.
