Will ACT Subscores Compensate for SAT Subscores?

<p>I have a 32 ACT with (35E 35M 32R 27S)</p>

<p>I have a 2230 SAT with (710 CR 750 M 770 WR)</p>

<p>I know 1460 is low for engineering so,</p>

<p>I was wondering if colleges will see the 35E and 35M alongside the 710CRand750Math. Will they see that I am not terrible at Math or English?</p>

<p>It depends on which school you are applying. 1460 is not a bad score even for many good engineering schools. Also, I don’t see any significant difference between your ACT and SAT at all. Your SAT appeared better than ACT mainly because of the lower Science section score in ACT. you may just send your SAT score unless you don’t have SAT2 and ACT can waive that requirement for some schools.</p>
