Hi everyone, just wanted to ask what are my chances to get accepted to ASU
I am international student seeking Civil engineering as a major.

So here is my profile:

Race/Ethnicity: Arab/Middle Eastern from North Sudan (Born and living in Qatar)

IELTS: 7.5

My IGCSE results:
CIE Mathematics - B
CIE English As a Second Language - A
CIE Physics - A
CIE Information,Computer & Technology - B
CIE Travel & Tourism - B
Edexcel Mathematics - A

**CIE is short for Cambridge International Examinations.
My G.P.A according to CIE’s website is : 3.8/4
That’s it basically, i hope someone can help and thanks in advance !:)

Strongly suggest you contact ASU directly:

If you are looking to matriculate August 2014, get a move on it now, if you’re a year out, you’ll be fine.

My advice, try to get residency if possible (ie: move to AZ a year before your want to start) and take the SAT/ACT soonest, a 1040 on the SAT and residency will basically guarantee you admission and likely a scholarship toward tuition. The Fulton Engineering school is well respected in Arizona, not sure about outside AZ though:

We need every bit of diversity we can get in this state, but do your research about ASU and Arizona before moving here.
