the question speaks for itself
No, only 9-11th a-g course grades are considered for admissions. 12th grades are used to maintain your provisional admission if accepted as a Freshman applicant.
Unfortunately im a transfer
I know the UC’s allow to update your Fall semester grades on the transfer application, but not sure about CSU’s. I would call admissions at CPP to confirm.
Also, to any other CC readers, I mistakenly thought I was on the SLO thread, since they use 9-11th grades for GPA calculation and admissions purposes. CPP uses only 10-11th grades for GPA but 9-11th grades need to be reported.
Transfer applicants must take the required classes and compete on a GPA basis. For most majors, a 3.2 - 3.3 will get you in. Some, particularly some Engineering disciplines however, are much more selective.
that depends on when you’re transferring in. are you transferring in winter 2015 or spring 2016? then your fall 2015 grades will be taken into consideration and if you’re borderline gpa wise, then they might or might not have conditional terms for your fall gpa.
