I think u have a great shot at the ucs but I can’t say about ivies or Amherst.

I don’t know enough about Amherst tbh, but it seems as if u have great chances to get in… Show interest

I intend to major in government or economics

Brown- reach/low reach
UPenn- reach
UCB- low reach
UCLA- low reach
Georgetown- high match
Vandy- high match
Tufts- high match
USC- high match
NYU-match

You are a competitive applicant and any of these schools. Good test scores, ok GPA, and excellent ECs. I’m sure the GPA will also be further helped by the upward trend and AP classes, as well as various academic honors. A very competitive applicant to say the least! Good luck!

Take a look at my thread if you get the chance too!

bump

Brown, UPenn, Amherst - Reaches
Berkeley, UCLA, NYU, Georgetown, Vanderbilt, NYU - Low Reaches

The rest are High matches.

Please chance back!

All of them seem like matches but Brown, UPenn and Amherst are low reaches. Your profile is excellent however these 3 universities are extremely selective.

I don’t know much about these schools except for Berkeley, UCLA, and USC… Your ACT score is impressive, but that GPA may be a bit of a reach. But I think your ECs will help a lot! Good luck.
