Will changing this course destroy my college chances?!

Hi! Ok, so this year I was placed in AP Chemistry, and submitted that I was taking this course on my UF application. After only the first day of school, I realized that this was not the course for me, and I want to switch to Marine Biology Honors- the only other science that wont completely screw up my schedule. Will this hurt my chances of getting in to UF or other schools i'm applying to, such as Stanford, Duke and Yale? Here's what my schedule would look like with this change: AP Spanish, AP Macroeconomics, AP Gov/Politics, AP Calculus AB, Leadership Skills, Marine Biology Honors, AP English Literature, and Statistics and Probability Honors. I have a 4.47 GPA, and got a 1510 on my SAT. I also am president of two clubs, and Vice-president of two other ones. Im also on the tennis team, and have created my own companies and created a charity that I am involved in. Will this one course drop really kill my chances?? Please any help is really appreciated.

Why would you think that it would have any affect whatsoever?
