Will college rescind for skipping class as senior?

When do colleges rescind their offers of acceptance because of skipping? Do they look at transcripts carefully to see how many classes were cut?

Seriously?

I think it sucks that class cutting is recorded on your transcript.

in most cases admission is based on continued academic performance as well as not having any other problems…behavior/skipping/suspensions etc…

pretty dumb to care so little for an admission to a univ and to lose it because you have been messing around too much after all of the hard work…

don’t skip…go to class…finish strong

They might, especially if it reaches the point where it’s on your transcript that you were suspended or you fail the classes, then they might.

There’s no answer for “colleges” in general. But why skip? What do you gain by skipping? Really ask yourself that.

No rescission for skipping. But they regularly rescind for being mean to puppies and cute kittens, though. Better watch out.

If you have a unusual amount of tardies etc… they may ask for an explanation, though will probably only likely recind you if you reach the limit at your school.

If it leads to suspension or prevents you from graduating, then possibly. But in general skipping a class will not have many consequences.

Honestly, I doubt they’ll care at all how many classes you miss; it’s not like attendance is required in most college courses. However, if you start failing classes or getting in trouble, that could be a problem.

depends how many classes you skipped lol

Actually, if anyone gets rejected from college solely because of my advice, I will drop out of college and dedicate my life to making sure that this person gets back on your feet.
